Kuyeya is the Seller

Kuyeya is the seller of every item listed on Kuyeya.com. We source stock from our suppliers and sell it under our own name, so your contract of sale is with Kuyeya alone. Suppliers are paid separately by Kuyeya as part of our own purchasing arrangements and are never a party to your payment.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payments are made directly to Kuyeya and are processed securely by our payment partner. Kuyeya does not receive, hold, or transmit money on behalf of any other person.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, location, and courier schedules. Kuyeya is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible reasons, including wrong products, factory defects, and delivery-related damage. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Kuyeya's liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
